 Dan speaks, reads, and writes Spanish fluently. After working as an Associate at several prominent law firms, Dan opened McCreary Law Offices, P.C. in May of 2015. He has extensive experience representing clients in family-based immigration, deportation defense, criminal and traffic defense, and estate planning. Dan also has spoken on a number of panels regarding various immigration issues. Dan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish in 2000. He graduated from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois with a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude in 2007. While in law school, Dan was a member of the Law Review. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Dan has been blessed to have an amazing wife and four wonderful children. In his spare time, Dan volunteers coaching his children’s athletic teams. Dan also volunteers with the Pro Bono Network at senior citizen clinics. |
